Key information about the charity initiative
#IRUNWELL is the largest program in Poland that combines helping others with participating in running events. How does it work?
When registering for the race, participants can choose one of two registration paths: the traditional route or the charity route – #IRUNWELL.
The charity registration option allows participants to receive a race bib in exchange for charitable activities. To take part in the #BiegamDobrze initiative, select the “charity registration” option in the race registration form and choose the charitable cause to which the funds will be donated.
You can choose from a range of available charities – this year there are 13! Descriptions of the organizations are available in the Runner’s Panel and on the initiative’s website – biegamdobrze.pl.
Receiving a race bib in exchange for charitable contributions
Participants who collect at least PLN 250.00 in their fundraising account by February 18, 2026 will be granted a starting bib for the 20th Warsaw Half Marathon.
The entry fee is covered by the supported charitable organization.
- Fundraising campaigns of participants who have collected the indicated amount (or exceeded it) will continue until March 31, 2026.
The highest fundraisers will be rewarded
- As part of the #IRUNWELL campaign, participants who have raised the highest amounts will be honored.
- The Organizer will recognize one supporter for each organization who, as of
- March 21, 2026 at 12:00 PM, has collected the highest amount for that organization. This may be a participant of either the 20th Warsaw Half Marathon or the New Balance High Five Race.
- The ceremony will take place on March 22, 2026 on the main stage of the 20th Warsaw Half Marathon.
The funds raised, after deduction of fees and commissions related to online payments, are distributed as follows:
– 90% of the collected amount is transferred to the account of the selected charitable organization;
– 10% of the collected amount is allocated to the maintenance and development of the #BiegamDobrze campaign and to the statutory purposes of the “Maraton Warszawski” Foundation.
