Running together with New Balance Run Club will prepare you for your debut in the 20th Warsaw Half Marathon and the New Balance High Five Race!

New Balance Run Club is kicking off a new training season in Warsaw. Group preparations for the New Balance High Five Race and the 20th Warsaw Half Marathon, training sessions at Agrykola, and new weekend long runs are the key elements of the program for the coming weeks.

A new feature this season is the long runs, which will rotate between Saturdays and Sundays. Their exact dates and distances will be announced every Thursday and adjusted to the needs and level of each group.

In response to numerous requests from runners, New Balance Run Club is introducing additional training sessions to help build endurance ahead of the spring races. The location of the weekend sessions will be adapted to weather conditions and communicated on NBRC’s Instagram profile.

This year, New Balance Run Club sessions are designed with specific race goals in mind. The training program focuses on preparing for two spring running events in the capital: the New Balance High Five Race and the 20th Warsaw Half Marathon. The program is suitable for both those just starting their running journey and those looking to improve their performance over short and long distances.

Participants are divided into groups according to experience level, allowing everyone to train at a pace suited to their abilities and goals. Runners preparing for the 5K will focus on speed and technique, while half marathon participants will build endurance and gradually increase training volume.

Sessions are led by an experienced coaching team, responsible not only for the flow of the training but also for participants’ safety, warm-up, main workout, and cool-down. Coaches provide ongoing technical guidance and help adjust training loads to individual needs.

For years, New Balance Run Club has also played an important social role. Regular group meetings help maintain motivation, especially during the challenging winter months. Training together encourages consistency and helps establish a habit of physical activity, which is crucial for long-term running development.

NBRC training sessions are free and open to everyone. Organizers emphasize that runners from outside Warsaw are welcome to join. A training plan will also be made available through NBRC’s social channels so that participants can follow the same program locally.

As the season progresses, additional activities and events related to spring race preparation are planned. Details will be announced gradually on New Balance Run Club’s social media.
