The 20th Warsaw Half Marathon is fully booked. As announced, we’ve prepared a “Race Entry Transfer” service for you. This allows you to officially and in accordance with the rules transfer your spot in the jubilee 20th Warsaw Half Marathon to another person.

Your race number is valuable – if you know you won’t be running in the 20th Warsaw Half Marathon, the transfer service allows you to give it to someone who wants and can participate. The entire process takes place in the Runner’s Panel, between interested runners, and requires providing user details.

Transfer fee: 14 EUR

How it works:

• The transfer includes the entire basket from the transferring runner — the race number and all purchased add-ons, such as T-shirt, engraving, insurance, and shipping.
• A transfer added to the basket but not paid for will be removed after one day.
• If transferring a spot with shipping, the receiving runner must complete the shipping details after the transfer.
• The transfer fee (14 EUR) is paid by the person giving up the spot. Any settlement between the transferring runner and the recipient happens outside the Runner’s Panel; the organiser does not mediate.
• During the transfer, the following information is automatically updated:
  • Personal and contact details
  • Date of birth and age category
  • ICE (In Case of Emergency) number according to the recipient’s profile

How to transfer your race entry?

How to transfer your race entry:

1. Log in to the Runner’s Panel.
2. Select “Your Races” → “Registration Details” for the Warsaw Half Marathon.
3. Scroll down to the “Order Personalization” section → Add another service.
4. Select the “Race Entry Transfer” tile and pay for the service.
5. Go back to “Your Races → Registration Details” and click “Transfer”.
6. Enter the recipient’s ID and confirm the transfer.

Step by step – if you are receiving a spot:

1. Log in to the Runner’s Panel.
2. Go to “Account Settings” – top right corner.
3. Copy your Client ID and provide it to the person who wants to transfer the package to you.
