If you haven’t done it yet – log in to your profile on the REGISTRATION PAGE and fill out the form that will appear on the screen automatically after logging in. The form is available for you there until September 1st.
In accordance with the current regulations: unvaccinated participants will be able to choose a round within the limit of 500 people per round (the order of applications decides), while vaccinated participants can choose starting rounds without any limit.

Warsaw Half Marathon postponed
Dear runners,
the 15th Warsaw Marathon is 2 months away, but the current situation won’t allow us or anyone to organise sporting events. We still don’t know what future regulations and rules will look like. However, we know that the race that we all have been waiting for won’t take place on the last weekend of March.
Right now we are working on possible scenarios. We are keeping in touch with authorities and other race organisers to get the sport industry back to where it was as soon as possible. At this point we are unable to confirm the date of the 15th Warsaw Half Marathon. We want to avoid changing the date of the race one again.
Last year we achieved more that we thought was possible. We managed to organise a special edition of the Warsaw Marathon. We hope that experience will equip us the confidence and knowledge needed to give you another safe race.
We will keep you informed about our next steps, and most importantly the new date of the 15th Warsaw Half Marathon. We can assure you that you won’t lose any of the fees you have already paid. The moment we announce the new date of the Half Marathon you will be able to decide what to do with your fee: from moving it to another event to getting a full refund.
We hope that you will decide to stay with us. Even though in the last year we were not able to create races the way you know them, we believe that we will come back with the energy and power no one has ever seen!
Take care and run! This passion that we share makes us stronger.

Warsaw Half Marathon rescheduled for March 28th, 2021
Dear runners,
due to the current restrictions and limits regarding organising mass running events during the pandemic, the 15th Warsaw Half Marathon will be rescheduled for March 28th, 2021.
Over the last few months, we have been working hard to organise this event in the safest way possible for you, for our volunteers, for ourselves and following current sanitary rules. We also undertook, together with the Association of Mass Events Organizers, a series of actions and started many conversations with our government regarding current regulations and our solutions. However, the moment all we have been dreading for the last months, has finally come. We have to make this difficult, but also only possible decision.
The starting list of 15th Warsaw Half Marathon consists of almost 7 thousand names. This means we need to plan an event much bigger than we currently can. We hope to see you on March 28th, 2021! We want to listen to “Sen o Warszawie” together with you again.
We can assure you that your entry fee will not be lost. You can transfer it to next year’s edition, to another person, or to any future race organized by us. If you know you don’t want to use any of these options, you may withdraw your entry fee by emailing us at: zwrot@maratonwarszawski.com. We hope you choose to stay with us!
We really hope you will choose to stay with us!
Charity runners – your #BiegamDobrze fundraisers will continue to say active. You can decide if you want to join us during 2021 half marathon or any other race. The funds you have collected will be transferred to the cause you have chosen. Thank you for all of your great work!
Take care of yourselves, your loved ones and of your health. See you next year!
Information about the half-marathon date
Dear runners,
We are aware that many of you are waiting for the 15th Warsaw Half Marathon’s new date. The truth is, however, that today we are still not able to declare any firm date of the race. To avoid any further mess we want our decisions to be final, based not merely on our wishful thinking but first and foremost on facts. And the fact is that all we can do and are doing now is we are working on new solutions and options as well as waiting for waiting for the government’s decisions that affect and apply to sport events. We are taking into consideration many different scenarios, with various dates and structures of the event. We promise to give you information as soon as it is possible. Overcoming the epidemic is a long distance race and we want to be ready to win it.
As we promised before, no matter what the new date and format of the race will be, the entry fees you have paid will not be lost. If you cannot participate in the 15th edition of the Warsaw Half Marathon you choose to either:
- transfer the funds to any other race organised by Warsaw Marathon Foundation or;
- transfer your race kit to another runner without any additional costs.
For those who don’t want to use the options listed above – you can receive a refund of your fee right now. To use this option please:
- send an email to zwrot@maratonwarszawski.com from the email address you have used during the registration on rejestracja.maratonwarszawski.com;
- in the email be sure to include the registration number you have received after registering for 15th Warsaw Half Marathon.
We hope that you still choose to stay with us!
Our charity runners – your fundraisers will continue to stay active. After the race’s new date is announced you will be able to determine whether you want to participate in the Half Marathon or any other event. The funds you have collected will be transferred to the charity you have chosen. Thank you for everything you do!
We want to ask for your patience and trust. We are in this together and together we will overcome this.
Stay safe.

Announcement – Half Marathon postponed
Dear runners,
15th Warsaw Half Marathon won’t be taking place on May 23rd. Taking into consideration the pandemic, increase in number of infected individuals in our country and the constantly changing situation, we believe this is the only possible and reasonable decision we could have made. We will announce the new date of the event by the end of April.
Throughout the last couple of months we have worked on organising an incredible jubilee of Warsaw Half Marathon. Last few weeks have utterly shifted our work and due to this situation we have to focus on preparing different scenarios of our next steps. We want our decisions to be determined not by the needs of the moment, but by proper judgement and honesty towards you. We are taking into consideration every factor. This is why we are confident to ask you for your patience and trust – we will inform you about Half Marathon’s new date in April.
As soon as we are ready to inform you about the new date, you will also gain access to the entry fee transfer system and its detailed description. We believe that we will meet with the majority of you on 15th Warsaw Half Marathon starting line. If you are unable to join us, you will be able to transfer your entry fee to another runner or any of our future races. We hope you will want to join us. For anyone who is not happy with those options – you will be able to get the entry fee fund. For all of our charity runners – your charity raises will remain active and when race’s new date is published you will be able to decide if you want to join us during Half Marathon or any other event. The money you have already collected will be transferred to the institution you chose. On our and all charities’ behalf we want to thank you for your commitment.
Take care of yourself and others. Stay at home. Work out. We will meet you soon on running paths and trails and we want you to be in the best shape possible!
Take care!
