116 123 Warsaw Half Marathon

This year’s Warsaw Half Marathon will be named 116 123 Warsaw Half Marathon.

This is the Polish helpline number providing free support for adults experiencing a mental health crisis. As the Warsaw Marathon Foundation, we want to use this change to highlight the important mental health issue and raise awareness of available support options. Too often, people around us—and we—feel ashamed to seek help. We aim to build confidence in reaching out through initiatives like this one.

We have always believed that, as a running community, we have the ability and the power to engage with important social issues and support initiatives that offer real help.

116 123 also operates in the UK and many European Union countries, including Germany, the Czech Republic, Norway, Italy, Greece, Hungary, and Austria.

Similar helpline numbers in other countries:

  • France: 3114

New Balance HIGH FIVE RACE ROUTE

It’s time! A few days after our half-marathon route release, we are ready to show you the New Balance HIGH FIVE RACE route. The 2025 route is similar to last year’s, giving the best opportunity to fight for new personal records.

The route will run along the historic Poniatowski Bridge and Jerusalem Avenue, giving runners the opportunity to view the iconic Warsaw skyline.

See you soon in Warsaw!

The route of the 19th Warsaw Half Marathon is now released!

We know the route of the 19th Warsaw Half Marathon! The finish line of the half marathon again returns to the surroundings of PGE Narodowy, which will be filled with thousands of runners that day. The route is already available to check! More information about hydration zones and others will be available soon.

Fast running in Warsaw is becoming a new tradition. The 19th Warsaw Half Marathon will start from the Poniatowski Bridge near the PGE Narodowy. The first kilometer leads across the Vistula River. Along Jerusalem Avenue, through De Gaulle and Dmowskiego roundabouts, we reach the heart of the capital: Marszałkowska, Królewska, and Krakowskie Przedmieście streets. Through the streets of the Old and New Towns, we head towards Żoliborz. The longest straight stretch leads along the Gdańskie Wybrzeże towards the Gdański Bridge, which we cross to the other side of the Vistula. We will finish on the PGE Narodowy meadows, running towards the stadium.

“We have always strived to focus on the sporting aspect of the half marathon, offering participants the opportunity to run on a fast and attractive course. Last year’s excellent results prove that you can run really fast in Warsaw – and it will be no different this year.” says Marek Tronina, President of the “Warsaw Marathon” Foundation.

This year, participants’ dreams of improving their personal bests are closer to coming true. Spring starts in Warsaw on March 30th at 11:00.
