Nutrition Points

The list of products available at the refreshment points is presented on the map (please check the graphic above).

Refreshment points stocked with water will be located approximately every 5 kilometers from the start.

The exact products waiting for runners at the refreshment points will be announced soon.

Each refreshment point is about 100 meters long. You don’t have to run to the first table right away – by moving to the further tables, you can help avoid congestion in the zone. Refreshment points always begin and end with water tables.

Toilets

Portable toilets will be located near each refreshment point along the Half Marathon route.

Accessible toilets (for people with disabilities) will be located past the following refreshment points:

  • Point 2 – ul. Rudzka
  • Point 4 – ul. Konwiktorska
  • Point 5 – ul. Wybrzeże Helskie
