ROUTES
Route of the 116 123 Warsaw Half Marathon – check the map HERE >>>.
Route of the New Balance High Five Run – click HERE >>>.
Both runs start from the Poniatowski Bridge.
NOTE!
We have prepared separate starting gates for each run. The starting gate for the 116 123 Warsaw Half Marathon is closer to the Washington Roundabout, and the starting gate for the New Balance High Five Run is about 400 meters further from the center.
The start zone, where New Balance High Five Run runners will line up, is located in front of the start gate of the Half Marathon. After the warm-up (9:25 a.m.), we will all walk together to the start gate of the New Balance High Five Run, from where the run will officially begin and where the timing mat will be located. Remember, don’t come to the start at the last minute.

DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME
We’ll meet on March 30 – the last Sunday of the month. This means that the night before the race, the clocks will move forward one hour for daylight saving time, so “we sleep an hour less before the start.”
MARATHON VILLAGE
In the surroundings of PGE Narodowy, there will be a Marathon Village, where all important zones will be located – deposits, changing rooms, and a post-run meal zone.
Fans will also find their way to the town – there will be plenty of entertainment for young and old. You will be able to take advantage of, among other things, preventive examinations, prepared activities for children, advice from nutritionists and other attractions prepared by our partners.
We recommend arriving by subway at the National Stadium station (M2) to get to the city and start the run. When leaving the subway at this station, use exit number 7, which is the exit towards the Township.
Remember that public transportation is free for runners on the day of the run.

CLOTHING AT THE START
All clothing left unattended in the start area will be collected and donated to charity. If you plan to retrieve items later, do not leave them on the ground or barriers—use the baggage deposit in the Runner’s Village.
Consider wearing an extra layer of clothing you won’t need after the race and discard it over the barriers.
AID STATIONS
In the Half Marathon, aid stations will be placed approximately every 4 kilometers, starting from the 5th kilometer. There will be 4 aid stations in total.
Each aid station will begin and end with tables offering water.
After each aid station, you will find designated “drop zones” for disposing of cups. Please use these zones to keep the course clean and safe.

TIME LIMITS
Half Marathon:
- Overall time limit: 3 hours 30 minutes from the starter’s gun.
- Additional checkpoints:
- 5 km: 1 hour 12 minutes
- 10 km: 1 hour 45 minutes
- 15 km: 2 hours 38 minutes

The general classification in the 116 123 Warsaw Half Marathon is based on actual times (net—counted from crossing the starting line). The exception is the first 200 people crossing the finish line—they are classified on the basis of official times (gross—from the starter’s shot), with the proviso that if there are not at least 10 men and 10 women among the first 200 people at the finish line, the number of 200 will be increased to include them.
The overall classification in the New Balance High Five run is based on actual times (net—counted from crossing the starting line). The exception is the first 50 people crossing the finish line—they are classified on the basis of official times (gross—from the starter’s shot), with the proviso that if there are not at least three men and three women among the first 50 people at the finish line, the number of 50 people will be increased to include them.
All additional classifications are based on actual times (net – counted from crossing the starting line).
START NUMBER
The starting number must be placed on the front of the starting outfit. It must not be obscured or modified in any way. Violation of these rules will result in disqualification. Be sure to fill in the reverse side of the start number with the necessary personal information!
The number indicates the designation of your start zone and the sector number to which you can make your deposit.
Based on the number you will give and receive your deposit.
The number contains a chip used for timing.

The results of the 116 123 Warsaw Half Marathon and New Balance High Five Run will be available on the website. After the run, each participant will also receive an SMS with result.
The results will be available on the STS website – the link will be made available closer to the run.

For safety reasons, persons violating the ban will be removed from the route by the run staff. Exceptions are persons having passes issued by the organizer.
DECORATIONS
All participants who finish the 116 123 Warsaw Half Marathon and New Balance Run For Five will receive medals at the finish line.
We will inform about additional decorations closer to the race.
CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION
The fee for participation in the run is not refundable, transferable to another person, transferable to another run in the future or exchangeable for a voucher.
At the same time, each participant, when registering (only when registering – making the participation fee), can order and pay for an additional option “option to cancel and refund the participation fee”. Purchase of the option is not possible at a later date, as in the case of buying a T-shirt, shipping or engraving.
In the case of the purchase of this option, the Participant acquires the possibility to resign from the competition without giving any reason and receive a 100% refund of the entry fee paid, including for selected additional options.
The condition for using the purchased option is to notify the Participant of the wish to resign from the start within the deadline of 27.03.2025 (in case of collecting the participation package at the Event Office) or 13.03.2025 (in case of using the option of sending the participation package).
The cost of the service is PLN 35 in the case of the Half Marathon and PLN 25 in the case of the Run for Five and is non-refundable (also in case of resignation from the start).
You must cancel by logging in to your competitor account at https://rejestracja.maratonwarszawski.com/ and selecting the “I cancelling the start” button in the YOUR RUN tab.
